Fix Quickly Pro

Privacy Policy

Draft, last updated 2026-08-14. Not yet published for real visitors, pending real company details.

This policy explains what Fix Quickly Pro collects when you use fixquicklypro.com. Because the whole point of the quote request form is to connect you with a marketing partner, it also explains exactly who that information goes to.

What we collect

Why we collect it

Form data exists for one purpose: to submit your quote request to HomeQuote so its network of contractors and marketing partners can contact you about it. We don't use it to build a separate marketing list for ourselves.

Who we share it with

When you submit the quote request form, your information is sent to HomeQuote and, per the consent text shown on that form, its contractors and marketing partners, including QuinStreet and the full partner list linked from the form itself. From that point on, HomeQuote's own Privacy Policy governs how your information is used. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, their handling of it beyond the initial submission.

Do Not Call / consent

By submitting the form, you're agreeing to be contacted by phone, text, or email, including by autodialer or prerecorded message, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list, exactly as stated in the consent text above the submit button. That consent isn't a condition of using this site otherwise, and you can revoke it at any time by following the process HomeQuote provides.

Submission records

When you complete and submit the quote request form, we keep a server-side record of exactly what you submitted (service type, ZIP code, street address, homeowner status, name, and phone number), together with the IP address it was submitted from, an approximate country derived from that IP, and the exact time of submission. This exists to confirm what was actually sent to HomeQuote if a question or dispute comes up later, to help us notice abusive or automated submissions, and for basic troubleshooting. It's kept on our own server, outside anywhere the public can browse to, isn't shared with anyone beyond what's already described in "Who we share it with" above, and isn't used to build a marketing list.

Approximate location

The city shown in the site header comes from a lookup of your IP address against a third-party geolocation service (ip-api.com), run from our own server rather than your browser, on every page load, not only when you submit the form. This only ever produces a city-level estimate, not a precise location, and we don't store the result. If the lookup fails, the city just doesn't display.

Cookies

This site does not currently set any cookies beyond what your browser needs to function normally. Once the tags described below go live, they will set standard third-party cookies of their own (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, Google Ads) to measure site usage and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; doing so won't stop the quote request form from working.

Advertising & analytics tags

Once the relevant accounts are set up, this site will load standard tracking tags from Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, general traffic sources); Google Ads measures ad performance and conversions once paid campaigns start; Meta and TikTok's pixels do both for their own platforms. No tag or pixel IDs are active yet.

Opting out

You can opt out of Google's ad personalization through Google Ad Settings, and out of interest-based advertising generally through the Network Advertising Initiative. Opting out of ad tracking is separate from the phone/text/email consent given on the quote request form — to revoke that, follow the process HomeQuote provides, as described above.

Children's privacy

This site and its form are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
